4Site Interactive Studios is looking for a Business Analyst/Project Manager to join our team. As part of 4Site, you’ll enjoy great benefits, a fun work environment, a flexible schedule, and personal development opportunities. This is a full-time position based out of our Washington, DC office in Columbia Heights.

In this role you will work directly with our clients and help communicate their needs to our designers and developers while also managing each project’s scope, budget, and timeline. An ideal candidate some experience leading aspects of website and/or software development projects. You will be a hands-on analyst/manager on multiple smaller web/development projects and get great experience working with Agile or Agile-like methodology. This is a great opportunity for a rising-star who exhibits great aptitude to learn on the job, who wants to get a lot of hands-on experience leading aspects of web development projects, and who wants to be part of a great company culture that is not a large, bureaucratic, hierarchical environment.
