If you have worked with 4Site Studios in the past, you know us as either a video production firm or Drupal development shop. But we are much more than that.
4Site was founded in 2001 with a mission of making innovative videos and websites for nonprofits. In twelve years, we have worked with over 400 organizations ranging from small community-based organizations to large advocacy groups and NGO’s. A few examples of the way we’ve help these groups:
Strategy – We helped PreventObesity.net increase conversions for their recruitment drive by 400% in six weeks and relaunch a digital platform for their national movement.
Mobile Apps – We worked with Greenpeace to launch a mobile advocacy app, empowering advocates to send letters from the field to executives of corporations hurting our environment.
Video Production – We even kept thousands of attendees of the National Postal Forum engaged by developing an animation video for the conference keynote.
The Whole Enchilada – We helped a national park established their online and offline brand; and increase tourism and visitor engagement online, via social media, and a mobile app for self-guided tours.
Whether we are doing video production, design, development, or strategy on a client project, there is one common thread we find across all of these success stories we share — creativity as a driver of engagement.
With that, we announce a new direction for 4Site Studios, moving forward as a full-service digital creative agency. What does this mean for our existing and new clients? More ways we can partner together to help your grow and engage your supporter base using creative content and interactivity.

We are still the same great team to work with. We still love to build websites and apps using Drupal. We are staying in our office in Columbia Heights. And, we will continue to have Lucky, our office dog, as our mascot.
We do, though, look forward to the opportunity to expand our relationships with past and current clients with our new integrated services approach, and to tackle the challenges of new clients with creative ideas and engaging digital experiences.
