To simplify digital gift fulfillment for Oceana, we built a microservice that runs on AWS and integrates directly with Shopify. This end-to-end solution automatically creates and delivers personalized adoption certificates to a donor the moment they complete checkout. This system replaces what used to be a tedious, manual process. Oceana’s staff save time and donors get their digital certificates immediately.
The certificates make our donors feel valued by instantly turning a digital interaction into a tangible token of appreciation.
