Supercharged Bonterra Donor Pages

Equality Florida’s (EQFL) site uses Bonterra’s Donor Engagement (formerly EveryAction). After a short discovery process, 4Site and EQFL identified several priorities to increase conversions on their eCRM pages. We installed our ENgrid framework on the site to manage all the Bonterra pages. It included a new design that featured more imagery and EQFL branding. We also made the forms more responsive and decreased load times. We instituted user experience enhancements like accordion menus and reduced scrolling. All of this was done while making the administrative experience simpler for EQFL staff. The folks at Bonterra were so impressed, they published their own case study.
