Moderating User Generated Content with AI
Our Work
When anyone can post instantly on a memorial site, the risk of harmful content slipping through is real. We designed an AI-powered moderation system that screens every memorial twice with ChatGPT-4o before it goes live. Posts flagged for harmful language are held for manual review, with moderators receiving instant notifications and a one-click approve/delete tool. We also created an admin interface for managing unpublished posts.
