Recovering Abandoned Gifts
Our Work
Supporters often start a donation form and get pulled away before completing their gift. We built a cart abandonment microservice for PETA that captures intent the moment a supporter begins a donation, sending a trusted recovery email if the gift is not completed within 30 minutes. The email includes a link to the supporters pre-filled, abandoned donation. Our tool leverages the email service of PETA’s eCRM, Engaging Networks, for reliable inbox delivery. Real-time reporting gives PETA insight into the amount of previously lost gifts.
