Part-Time Web Developer

Remote, 10-to-20 Hours/Week
$25-to-$35/Hour USD

We are a tight-knit group of skilled Developers, Designers, Strategists, and Project Managers, and we are looking to add a seasoned Developer to our team. We are looking for someone who is excited by shaping ideas into digital campaigns for progressive nonprofit clients on projects that we are passionate about

Your work with us will primarily involve building WordPress websites, developing custom themes and plugins, and solving complex technical challenges. You should be comfortable speaking to clients and regularly working with new technology and new tools with your fellow team members’ support. As technology in the nonprofit space changes, we will change with it. If you have any experience working with CRMs like Engaging Networks, Luminate, Impexium, Salesforce, etc., that would be a bonus. We also dabble in other technologies (Laravel, WebPack, TypeScript, and various JavaScript Frameworks).

We are looking for someone who knows what they’re doing, can hit the ground running, takes responsibility, solves problems (even super weird ones), and brings new ideas to the conversation. If you value work-life balance, geek out about the latest technology or web standards, and look forward to collaborating with colleagues on projects, we would love to hear from you.

Finally, we are looking for a team member who is passionate about progressive values, technology, and creating a workplace that reflects those values.
